Cant reactivate my account I paid my balance at the bank but still cant reactivate may acount on the website.
can someone please help

There's isn't an option to pay at the bank. Public Mobile doesn't accept pre-authorized debit. The custoemr is likely using a Visa Debit card that gets processed the same as a credit or debit card transaction. Visa Debit transactions get withdrawn from the bank account automatically, but aren't set up by or at the bank.

Unfortunately, you can’t pay your bill at the bank. You need to login to your account and make payment with AutoPay, CC, debit or voucher.
You can also pay with voucher by dialing *611.

Have you tried rebooting your device and checking to see if calling and texting features work?
It’s possible you’re viewing cached information on that site – the self-serve landing page has terrible outdated information.
Tap the little refresher icon within the page to get an updated version.
