Cant pay

I need someone from public mobile to call me. My wife cant pay her bill on line, and of course, no where to . Sorry, but waiting on  important medical call and cant tslk to no one.

@Redsoxin7  For better comfort on incoming calls consider:

• get a free fongo.com account for use on wifi
• use Call forward option: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/call-forwarding to send unanswered calls to Fongo
• turn on Fongo's voicemail to email function and you will get an email of calls you missed

HI @Redsoxin7   Sorry that you have to gone thought the trouble.  But PM Support is all online and they won't call you back.

did you try to use Incognito mode or try on another browser, like Edge or Chrome or Firefox.  Try it first

If still does not work, open ticket with CS agent. They will assist and they might offer you live chat to get your issue resolved:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,
