Nothing phone actually would work on PM. The link you provided just a test for VoLTE. A phone not VoLTE approved on PM can still be used for data and voice on 3G network.
I am not sure which exact Nothing phone model OP has, but both Nothing 3 and 3A have all the required bands PM needs on 3G and 4G and 5G. And if OP only has problem with text but not complain with voice and data, that also confirms the phone is working on the network. The MMS issue could be resolved by the correct APN settings
