Why I cant make phone call temporary. This happened several times Since yesterday.

I tried reboot. It doesn't work.

Cant make phone call and receive call.

No data.

Im not experiencing any issues , so it may be an issue with your device/settings.  First i would try a power reboot of your phone, and reset network settings for a refresh.  
If your other services also arent working, you should make sure you have paid for the current month, and if your confirm the account is still active/paid but not getting any service, i would reach out to a customer service support, which you can do here:

I cant make call and receive call. And data doesn't work either.

there is no active outage according to Telus

Try Reboot phone and reset network settings, and try your sim in another phone

also check your My Account to confirm your line is active

or ask PM support agent to refresh the account, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
