Is the service down?Why I cant make phone call temporary. This happened several times Since yesterday.

Hi,I purchase the plan and SIM card. Trying to active it and transfer my existing number. Nut it said had some problem to transfer my number. Who should I contact to resolve this problem?

I tried reboot. It doesn't work.Cant make phone call and receive call.No data.
