I found that some free public WiFi will let me login without confirming with the 2FA code with Trusted Device and some public WiFi I login right into my account…strange.

so, you meant when you login, your province has to match the plan location you signed up for?

I get this all the time actually. It's only ever been because my web browser automatically puts me in BC but I'm in AB. If you are trying to access in the wrong province it won't work. So if you're in your correct province make sure the public mobile site is in the correct province. But also I've found that if I'm in BC but I signed up in AB I can't access my account until I'm back in AB.

@david001 Try clearing web browser cache and cookies try again incognito / private mode or from another device or computer . Also maybe try the app instead . If still no luck get support to help you gain access
