Cant find account

 I registered an account for my son a year or 2 ago.   Its currently attached to my credit card, however we would like to switch it to his card.   The issue is, we are not able to log in.  Can his account be found based on phone number instead of email?

Finding Your Account Number

To find your Public Mobile account number:

  1. Sign in to Self-Serve account
  2. From here, your 14-digit account number can be found in the top right corner.

If you don’t have access to your Self-Serve account, please click here to start a conversation with our virtual assistant SIMon to submit a ticket to our Moderator Team.

 @Sultan123 : if you can log in to your account then it's in the upper right by your name. Or if you still have the welcome email from here from when you activated then it's embedded in the To:. You might need to look at the source or headers of that email.

I think that the best options for you would be to try the forgot password function or contacting the mods by clicking on the green chat bubble at bottom right of the screen

Search back in your email program for any emails from public mobile- especially the activation email. That email will be your username. Use it on the sign-in page to select "forgot password" if you are unable to login to your account.

 

If you can't locate username/e-mail address, using the SIMon chatbot (bubble to lower right), type "forgot log in" , then select "Contact Us" and follow instructions supplied therein.

You could try the forgot password option at selfserve.publicmobile.ca.  This could help because an e-mail message would bge sent to the e-mail address (which also serves as the self serve account login).  Otherwise, you'll have to open a ticket to the moderators by going to:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Try search all your email addresses to see if you can find any Public Mobile email.  You should have an email sent to you for activation.

 

Or you can try Forget Password to put in any email address you think you used and see if you receive the password reset link (remember to check Spam folder just in case the the reset password email gone there)

 

If you still can't find it, you have to open a ticket with mod, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Enter your question in SIMon. Follow the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button,
