Been trying for 2 months still cant get on    changed password countless times still dont work   I just get sent around in circles over and over   cant we talk to a real person?  That Simon is useless

You can also contact a CS_Agent through private messaging on the envelope icon above.

Remember their hours are from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST so keep your eyes on their reply on the envelope icon in the morning.

@Mf9690   try to use Incognito mode once again.  Use the Incognito mode to request reset account and use Incognito mode to reset the password and login

 

If it still does not work, open ticket with CS agent
