My number stopped working. Can't login in to my account.

Unfortunately, PM is on-line service and communication with a human is done through SIMon Chatbot (create a ticket) or private message them on this Community page. So calling 1-800-272-4368 (CSAgent) will NOT work!😳
Try clearing cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser. Enter your email address and click on Forgot Password.
Also check if there is an outage in your area on the outage map:

To contact a Customer Support Agent (also, a human) there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
