Cannot subscribe (new subscriber) - payment processing error

I've been trying over the weekend and today.
I tried 2 different cards and each time I get the payment processing error.
Does anyone have any idea on why this is happening.
There is no one available on live chat.

Everything worked through the app! I was a little worried seeing the app has only 2 stars on Google Play Store but didn't run into any issues and activated eSIM. Odd behavior from the web app. I wonder if it had something to do with the fact that I was also activating an eSIM. The error message was definitely displaying a payment error though. Exact same thing happened to my friend right after me. So maybe it's giving the wrong error. Regardless, thanks for the help.
