Cannot sign in to the new my rewards website.

Got an email for the new Public Points program, but can not sign up because it says my phone number is invalid, and also username or password is incorrect. Anyone else having this problem? 

p.a. I had a hard time registering to post in this forum also. Apparently my last name is a bad word. Had to use a fake last name.

How long have you been a customer? If you have the choice between the 2 you definitely want to weigh your options but usually the answer will be don't switch.

Seems there is a glitch on the website last couple of days.

I suggest you stay with the Rewards system if your plan is $40 or lower. Also you will not get a $2 discount for AutoPay on the Points system. The Points system is good for $40+ plan because you only get 5% of your bill.

You can join the Points system if you want to join on the iPhone 13 contest.
