Anyone else having issues with data? Myself, my daughters or husbands data hasn’t been working for the past few hours.

Got an email for the new Public Points program, but can not sign up because it says my phone number is invalid, and also username or password is incorrect. Anyone else having this problem? p.a. I had a hard time registering to post in this forum also...
