I had to sign up using two different accounts for my son and I as the system wouldn't let me have multiple phones on one account. We have been on autopay but have run into issues at times. When I have to make an additional payment to get caught up I can sign into my son's on self serve but must do my own through *611 because I don't remember the sign in credentials for the other profile.
Since the self serve only shows an account number and not the phone number to which the self serve account is related, I never know if I am paying my phone or my son's! Hence, there are times when I cant be sure my sons phone is working since he is one kid with two households and isn't always around to ask if his phone is working.
Ive tried so many times to figure out how to sign into the other profile and failed.
why cant I just have two phones on the same account???

@computergeek541 : Please note the smiley. Of course you couldn't know. But at least while on a desktop I can see the red box before clicking Post.

@Anonymous
Sorry. I didn't know that you were typing the same thing that I added.

@andman2020 : Just change the name on the profile. When you log in you'll see the relevant name.
@computergeek541 : red box _and_ your edit 🙂

When it comes to dealing multiple accounts, I suggest clearing yout browser's cache and cookies, closing thr browser and then restarting it. I know that this isn't specifically what you asked about, but the self serve website sometimes incorrectly mixes and matches some details if you log into an account immediately after logging out of another.
As for more quickly knowing which account is which, the name on one the accounts could be slightly modified.

Look at the Plan and Add-Ons tab in self service and you will see the phone number.
Each number has its own separate account/email.
Check your other email accounts for the welcome message from Public Mobile.

1. To know which account was the My account you have access to, there is a trick:
Go to Plan and Add-Ons Tab, Usage History, Look at any Incoming Call entry, the Destination # is the one with that account,
Similarly, if you look at the Outgoing calls, the Originating # showing would be the one with the account
2. For the other account you can't figure out how to login, open a ticket with Chatbot. to get to open ticket quicker, do this:
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click her to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
There, you will be prompted to enter COMMUNITY Login (NOT My Account/Self-Serve) to validate your identity,
