I've forgotten my password, and tried to reset it, but when asking for a new password it gives an error.
"There was an error resetting your password. Please try again later"
I've tried several different passwords, and all the check marks are green, but still the error after clicking the button.
Trying to update credit card on my account.

I went through chatbot, and clicked "contact us", then submit ticket.
It asked me to login to my community account but would not login. Instead gave an error "Error logging in".
I'll have to try the Private Message option next

I tried inprivate/incognito in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox just now. Each gave the same error.
I'll try submitting a ticket through chatbot

@Ethel1911 you can try to reset password again using Incognito mode
if that does not work, open ticket with PM support and have them to sort it out for you
