Hello im trying to signup for a new account, when entering my credit card details im getting the following error: "Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method." I have tried both of my credit cards and bot h get the same error.
At the payment page i only have the option to enter my postal code, there is no space for name or address. I have no way to check the personal details on my account without completing the signup/activation process, but since it won't accept my payment i can't complete the process.
I need support checking and possibly changing my address and name on my account in order to be able to complete my registration.

I've tried multiple times this morning and last night to no avail. I sent a PM to customer support per your suggestion, thanks!

The issue isn't my card details (those are correct), the issue may be my name/address info which i can't modify if i haven't completed the account setup, which is still not available in the app.

wait one full hour, clear your systems cache and cookies and try again.
