Hi, I ported in my number last week, 7 days ago. I can make call or text but cannot receive incoming call or text. Incoming call will directly go to mailbox. I can access to internet no problem. I tried reboot. Reset network settings no help. How should I fix it? Thanks @CS_Agent

@JJJyyyyy Sounds like a porting issue . Will send you porting team number private message to get it fixed

your port was not completed. you got a text from your old provider and did you reply yes to it?
There is a porting team to call and they can retrigger the process. Will message you the number to your Community inbox, please check
