If not, your account is closed.
If you have issues reactivating your account open a ticket through chatbot and ask agent for assistance.

You need to make a payment to restore service with your registered CC or vouchers.
You to make a manual payment if your account is Suspended for less than 90 days.
- You can dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone. You can also check on the status of your account when you call.
If you haven’t made a payment longer than 90 days then your account will be closed, SIM no longer works and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from…Too bad!
So what is the status of your account?
If you need help to access your account then click on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.

I need help to re-activate my account. It has been cancelled or did not get renewed by Public Mobile.
