Cannot receive calls after new activation

I can make calls but cannot receive any calls at all on my new phone after new activation; the calls are going to my old cellphone and it’s still working. Please help. Thanks

Porting failed if it's been more than 3 hours.  Did you repond to the text message from the old carrier?
