I'm trying to activate a 2nd line.

I am having trouble activating payment.

You can only activate 1 account(line)/1 email address so you can’t use the same email for both accounts.

If you're doing this on a phone then it might be better to do it on a non-mobile browser.

@vancouverrob if no rush, wait an hour, then try again using Incognito mode

If still fails, try once more in Incognito mode and a  different payment card
