Need help as I’m not able to make or receive calls.

Glad you are all fixed up now @rwong31 .

So technically, your solution is by @Dunkman who suggested to try the Network Reset:

It would be best if you revised your choice of solution to Dunkman's, as they were the first one that posted that. 🙂

@rwong31 , was this plan upgrade done as part of renewal?  There's a bug that affects functionality.  If this is the case you will need to initiate a support ticket by using the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage.

Recently upgraded plan. Cel data works.  Just cannot make or receive calls.

Is your account status active?  Is text and data work?

Basic troubleshooting advice:

Reboot phone. 
network reset of phone.

Try your SIM card in another working phone. That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
