@gumbee430try restarting your phone. The fact that text is still working is a good sign that your account is still active and if your payment history (and/or credit card) shows that a payment has been made you can disregard the suspension notification, this should clear out within 24 hrs or so. If you still cannot make or receive calls after restarting your device try removing your SIM card and then reinstalling it, or if you have another phone you can try the SIM card in to see if calling is working.
Failing all this you would need to contact a CS_agent by clicking on the orange circle in the bottom right corner and typing: Customer Support Agent
