I just signed up for a Can-US-Mex plan. I am trying to make a phone call to the US from Canada. Every time I dial my friends number it keeps saying that my number cannot be completed as dialed. I am using an iPhone 15 Plus does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

@Phil_Adelphus It looks like you are most likely right. As I was able to make phone calls to some other US numbers and they all worked. So I guessing it must be on there end.

Is this all us numbers or just the one? And you verified that you have the can-us,m-mex plan?

@TheSterlinger I am making the call from Canada so I currently connected to the PM network. I have my network selection to automatic.

@Sansan I can make calls long distance calls and local in Canada. it just looks like I can't make calls to the US. I have tried to turn off/on my phone and have tried turning mode off/on airplane mode so far. I am not sure what else it could be.

@Cam24 Are you able to call any other US number, is it possible the problem is at the other person's end?

@Cam24 did you reboot phone? Try airplane mode and and off and try again. Can you made local calls?

Try putting a 1 before the phone number and reboot phone to see if it works.
