I have 2 x accounts I'd like to cancel before renewal however I cannot login to My Account because I have left Canada and cannot receive the authentication message. I'm in a loop.
Please direct me to someone who can cancel 2 x accounts ASAP.

if you know the 4 digits account PIN, you can use VoIP app to call 1.855.4PUBLIC and disable Autopay that way , and eventually account will be suspended and closed
But if you don't, then best is to open ticket with PM support and ask them to remove the credit card from the account:
