I have two accounts with Public Mobile for my kids. One account seems to work fine. The other account is suspended due to outdated credit card. I cannot log in because I do not know the email used for the account. Every time I click on 'Forgot Email' it responds to put in the phone number. After entering the phone number it states it will send an email to reset the email. As I do not know the email that was used I cannot check to see if I received an email. I have checked all my email accounts and there are no emails from Public. I cannot update the payment if I cannot access the account. Please help me.

I hope you have found a resolution to your issue. Public seems to have some fairly immature processes. Their support staff are very polite, but I think the processes they operating under are just not properly QAed.
I am attempting to process a transfer, and they have said that they can do it in three days. Please be aware, and re-consider the transfer to Public. I get it that it is a less expensive option..and for some people, the extra money can go a long way...but if you can afford to stay with a more proved provider, I would highly recommend you do that.

@wrighton You can buy payment voucher from shoppers and load the funds *611 to resume services on it right away . As for logging in get support to help you gain access’s again
