Cannot login A1 forbidden

Hi there,

I just recently signed up and processed with the payment but having issues with porting in the number, also cannot login on the app and keep getting A1 forbidden message when trying on the web, any way we can solve this? Thanks.

I am having the same issue but could not get resolved 

I have tried every method provided in forum 

but still cannot login

@Eastvanwest For forbidden AI error, clear app storage and try logging in again in the app.
