I forgot my password so I initiated the password recovery steps, entered the validation code texted to me and then entered a new password. It was accepted, but each time I go back to log into the account with the new password it fails. Now it says I reached max log in attempts and I can't try any more. What do I do?

@erotavlas updating email address requires the help of PM support (you cannot do it yourself).
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@softech Actually I was looking at updating my e-mail address in the Profile page of my account but I see no option there anymore. How can it be done?

Yes, one email one account is hard to manage. Alias is a good workaround but you need to write it down . LoL

Ok I tried again, this time I used e-mail verification instead of phone verification and discovered I was using the wrong e-mail alias. So finally I was able to log in. Logging in is the worst between all the different e-mail addresses and passwords used all over the place its no wonder password managers are a thing now. 🙂
EDIT: Also only had luck logging in using Incognito tab in browser.

@erotavlas no worry about the max login attempts message. Just close the browser and re-try
But this time, please use Incognito mode to try login and with the last password you reset to
if nothing works, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
