I purchased an add on for use during my recent US visit. It worked very poorly. Some calls went through but many would not. Messages were received days after they were sent and messages I tried to send mostly just would not send. Very disappointed in the service. I could not depend on my phone at all and had to use my sisters phone. I am therefore requesting a refund for a service that failed me. Thank you for you attention in this matter.

As to refund or compensation, I heard that PM support able to do something. Please open ticket with PM support and share your experience with them.
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
