Cannot log in to my account

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

When I fill in my log in details it gives me two choices. To resume activation or go to log in. When I go to log in I get the same two choices. ( its in a loop) If I choose resume activation I keep getting error XXX message. It's stuck in a loop. I have tried on three different computes and my iPhone with the same result. My phone is already activated. Please help

that usually means the system cannot find the My Account from the login email.  You will need support agent to help.   Please  submit ticket by direct message:
