Why I could see my add on unused data plan before my basic plan data not yet used up, but when my basic data has been used up，I couldn't find and use the add on data???
Now the new month and fees begin!!

recently, all purchased add-ons expire 30 days after they have been purchased, regardless of whether they were used or not. That could be the reason.
