Cannot change my plan

I cannot change my plan.  I log into my account, click Change My Plan and it says to pick a plan from the list.  But there is no list - the space is blank. When I click on Try Out More Options, I get an error message that says "Server Error in Application "PUBLIC MOBILE COMPANY PORTAL".

 

I have logged out and tried to log in on other devices and in using Chrome Incognito.  I get the same error process and message in each place.

@Customer41  Back down again for me to. But when I posted 2 hours ago it was working.

Just checked again and seems to be working now.

@Customer41  Just tried. Same issue. PM definitely having some type of server issue. Try later on.

 

Take note when it works again.

 

You have two options.

 

1= Change now - (It will say top up now if you don't have funds to cover new plan).

 

Not advised to pick this one.You are charged right away for new plan and no refund on unused days from old plan. 

 

2= Change at next renewal. The choice most want to pick. Your new plan you pick will be scheduled to start at your next payment due date and you will be charged then for the plan

Try using a different browser and clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right.

 I logon and can see all the available plans myself.. 

 

look like just web server issue.  try back in an hour.. 

 

if it still fails after an hour or 2.. then you have no choice but to contact Mod..

The self serve site does these strange things occasionally. Usually, it's just a matter of trying again at another time.
