Cannot call out to wife's phone

Cannot call my wife's phone, another public mobile customer but I can call my home phone no problem. My cell number is not blocked on her phone. She can call my cell from hers. What could be the problem. Both accounts are in good standing. Just a glitch???

hi @Lamb1275 when you call your wife, did you just got to the voice mail? or you got an error recording?  If it goes to the voicemail, does you hear couple rings on your end before it goes to VM?

can you test by putting your wife sim card in another phone and then you try calling from your phone?  This can confirm if it is a device setting issue

What message, signal you get when you call wife's phone?

Try exchanging SIM cards as a step in troubleshooting... Can you call any other number?

@Lamb1275  Probably just a glitch have you tried rebooting your phone ? Or reset network settings 

also try adding 1 infront of your wife’s 10 digit phone number if your not already see if that helps at all
