Cannot activate my phone - please refund my first subscription under ***@***

Was asksed to write back from my privage account and answer following questions:

The e-mail address registered on the account - ***@**** 

The account number: ends with 0932 (cannot access it)
The last 4 digits of the registered credit card number: #### 
The last payment made (amount and date) May 18th... and it has not yet been activated
The last add-on purchased if any; purchased as sim card: May 20th and have not rec'd it to date. I decided to go to the mall and buy another one from Telus. So it's 20$ in sim cards... and account is not working.

A few hours ago I registered under my husband's email :  ***@***  and inserted the sim card I bought. I am waiting to see if it will work. It says it could take up to 5 hours?

Please refund my initial subscription under ***@***  and hopefully, I will be able to work from my husband's email.

Also, can I add 2 more lines under my account? I would put my husband's phone and my mom's phone too.

I really hope this will work.

if you are replying cs agent, reply their message in the inbox. if you cannot find the message, then just write to @CS_Agent directly using this link:

please note you do NOT reply CS agent's questions here.  Instead, you need to go back to the Community inbox:

and find the message sent by CS_agent and reply it there
