Hi,
I am having issue accessing my account, it keep taking me to the "Resume Activation" page and when I click it and try to log in, it say my email and password does not match. I've already purchased a plan. Please help.

you have service with PM and try to login ? or you are activating?
if you have service with PM and unable to login , you need to submit a ticket with CS agent here:

if you are trying to activate, then try using the app. Uninstall and reinstall the app and try again

Hello! You must complete the activation with the app. Download the app and login when promoted upon opening the app and you should be able to continue your activation.
