Hello, I just got a new sim card and service. Calls and text messages work, but I cannot connect to the internet. I have plenty of data and data is enabled on the phone. I need to get public mobile to reset my data. How can I do this? Please help!

It might be different for your phone, but if you go into your phone settings, look for Wireless & Networks and then Cellular Network settings, change the Preferred network type to 3G.

Looks like you are going to have to set yoru phone up to connect to 3G network as it isn't compatible for LTE

Hi yes this is a new service from Public Mobile. Again only the internet does not work. I double checked all the APN settings with the website you sent and everything is correct. The phone I have is Huawei Y3 II (LUA-L22). Does it only work on 3G?

SO this is a new service for you? What ype of phone are you using and did you make sure your APN settings are correct. Here is a great site to verify your APN settings https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en
