Hello, I just got a new sim card and service. Calls and text messages work, but I cannot connect to the internet. I have plenty of data and data is enabled on the phone. I need to get public mobile to reset my data. How can I do this? Please help!
Hi yes this is a new service from Public Mobile. Again only the internet does not work. I double checked all the APN settings with the website you sent and everything is correct. The phone I have is Huawei Y3 II (LUA-L22). Does it only work on 3G?
