Cannot Get Any Support

I need some HUMAN support to log into my account and cancel a subscription. I'm not able to log into the app via phone as the eSIM was purchased for a friend and they are no longer here.

I cannot create a service ticket due to issues with the website

I cannot send a private message to support due to issues with the website
