Hello there.
When I login to my account verification code is sent to my OLD phone number, so I cannot verify. When I choose 2nd option to send verification to my email, I NEVER receive it.
I have access to my email, but Eversafe ID tells me to check my email and verify, but verification code is never there (yes, I check spam folder and everything, but verification code never arrives).
Live agents on chat cannot help. They can't check their system to see why their system does not send verification code to my email. Unfortunately, chat support is useless. Twitter is also useless, they just copy paste same b/s and refer people to their chat support.
Who can I contact to fix this, or if it cannot be fixed, I want to cancel the service and move on somewhere else? You cannot keep charging me money and not allow me to login into my account. Is there an ombudsman to deal with these people? Who can fix this? If it cannot be fixed, is there an OMBUDSMAN for complaints?

I am on preauthorized but I want access to my account so I can change phone #, update email, etc.

There is no typo. I received verification codes to the same email many times in the past. However, not anymore.

@daniel43 If you've never received any email from PM it makes me wonder if there might be a typo in the email address in your account. If you haven't already done so best to private message support at the address BKNS27 gave you earlier.

Yes, I clicked resend probably 100 times. It simply does not send verification code to my email.

Did you reclick Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code again?
It happened to me once when I didn’t get the 2FA code but it arrive through email on the second try.
BTW, there are no live agent on Chatbot…it is all AI.
