Cannot Access My Account

I signed up to Public Mobile yesterday. I opt'ed to port my number over from a VoIP carrier, which to my knowledge is still pending. But on sign up it accepted my details, and did not advise how long the number port would take, I have since read that it may take 48 hours or more. Which is fine as I can still use the VoIP solution I had. But the lack of information being supplied to me is odd. 

 

What is a problem is I'm not able to login to My Account with the credentials I supplied. Perhaps I typo'd the email or password. But using the forgot password seems to accept my details (email and security question) but I never get the email, even checked my spam and promos folders. So although my phone works for data (and outbound calls), I don't feel confident everything is set up correctly. Perhaps this is all related to the number port pending?

I have a similar problem. I referred a friend for a Public mobile account. The account has been set up and a temporary pass word was provided. But my friend is not able to log in using her email id and the temporary pass word. It says the account is not existing,  neither is there any email. Is there any minmum time gap between the account opening and subsequent login.

You should have access the the account.  To reset the password you need to contact the mods the reset feature does not work.

 

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
