No need to contact customer service. Remove your autopay. Your next renewal will fail. 90 days after that your account will be deactivated and cancelled. Or remove autopay and port your number out that will automatically cancel your service and account.

@JUNHO : this is a prepaid service. You don't pay, it stops. In effect cancelling. You can also "cancel" by porting your number out.

If you have autopay setup then remove your credit card to cancel your account.
