Public Mobile does not give any direct way for customers to cancel a plan subscription. When Public Mobile uses the word "subscription", this is done in confusing way as it only refers to a subscription to autopay rather than a plan subscription. Adding to that confusion is how I believe that almost all customers would see a "subscription" as being for the plan service, not for the payment process. To this day, I do not understand the need to try to reinvent the term. Autopay with the options on and off would be much clearer.
