I ordered the Canada US plane yesterday for 90 days but now I’ve just realized The public mobile does not offer Wi-Fi calling. I assume all carriers now after this I need this for work as I work in a remote location can I cancel this and get a refund since I only bought this yesterday please help and thank you

@Jas1974 yes, Chatbot ticketing has not been working well.  Please message PM support directly here

You can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent by doing either of the follow:

Clicking your avatar and clicking messages. Then click the box with the pencil icon and in the Send To bar type in CS_Agent.

How do one get a hold of them ? You can’t submit a ticket because it’s counselling in error basically pushing you into the community form so frustrating

@Jas1974 PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But you can check with PM support directly and see if they can help

Seems difficult to get a hold of any person that can make changes to an account yesterday I purchased a 90 day plan US Canada now realizing that Public Mobile do not support Wi-Fi calling this is no good to me as I work in a remote area and I need the use of Wi-Fi calling. Is there anyway a CS agent can help me out of this to get a refund please and thank you

You can try asking for refund but be ready to be rejected as PM is pre-paid/no return plans.

Contact agent, you might be lucky..

Since public mobile is prepaid, there is usually no refunds.  You can try your luck and contact customer service agent to request refunds. YMMV.
