I have been a Public Mobile subscriber for a few years and have always paid my plan by auto-pay. On Saturday January 13, 2024 my plan stopped working in the same day I pay a monthly payment, but my plan the same was inactive. On Monday January 15th 2024 i received again a SMS from Public Mobile , my mobile plan still inactive , so I paid Monday January 15th 2024 again for one month. I have proof of Double payment in January 2024 on my credit card statement.
Kindly return payment of one month to my credit card.

I do not see extra available funds in my account. I do not want next month to be charged again, but to be used the last month payment from this month.

Do you see extra available funds in your account? It can take several weeks to process and issue a refund. If you have the extra available funds, sometimes it is easier just to leave in your account to next payment cycle.

Definitely reach out to a customer support agent to request a refund of the excess payment.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
