I list my phone and public mobile sim. How do I transfer my old phone number and old plan to my new sim... I'm totally confused .. thanks

First you will need to log into your account.
You can either do so by going onto a computer signing out your account clicking didn’t receive code and send the email.
or
Sign on using the Public Mobile app click didn’t receive code and sent to email.
When you sign onto your account and click the drop-down arrow, click profile at the very bottom you’ll see Sim card number if you press the pencil icon to be able to change your SIM card number.

This is done inside your Self Serve account. The SIM card change feature is inside the Profile section.
