Hi,
could a moderator please message me. I need to remove my bank account information from a public mobile account for a number that is no longer being used.

Do you have access to his phone to dial 611 to remove autopay?
If no phone access call 18554PUBLIC and try to remove autopay or get moderators to assist you.

@Sdavis_1 Silly question but can you not ask him to follow through on the password reset to his email and then get in that way? Alternatively what about through dialing 611 from his phone and stopping autopay that way?

@Sdavis_1 It sounds like this isn't your account but it is your credit card being used for payment. I say this because you say you don't have access to the email on the account. Am I correct or way out in left field?

Once the latest plan expires, you have 90 days to renew. With Autopay turned off and you don't renew, that account will permanently close down.
Without any account info, you could be anyone trying to close down someone else's account. If you can't provide any info, just let your plan expire itself after the 90 days.

I no longer have the password or access to getting a new password so I cannot log in. My phone number is listed as the alternative number on the account.

Can you log into self service to remove your cc? Can you dial 611 to stop auto pay?
If you are not on autopay your acct will be closed after 90 days from your renewal date. If you port your number out it will be closed automatically.

Log into that account and click payment.
Then bottom left remove my card
