Hi, could a moderator please message me. I need to remove my bank account information from a public mobile account for a number that is no longer being used.
This is my 14 year old sons account that I set up. I used his email as I already have my own public mobile account and could not use one email for two different accounts.my son ex changed the password to this account and I no longer have access to it...
I no longer have the password or access to getting a new password so I cannot log in. My phone number is listed as the alternative number on the account.
