Hey , I canceled the 30$ payment on same day, but unble to get credit of 30$ back

PM usually does not provide refunds if you sign up and then change your mind.
Try opening a ticket but doo not expect refund.

@Skssharma  Public Mobile is prepaid and as per the terms of service (see link at the bottom of this page) there are no refunds or pro-rating but if you never used the account you can ask customer support and see if they will refund under the circumstances.  Send them a private message here
