hi I bought this phone last Friday 29/04/2022, because my son lost his phone, but after he found it, so I need to cancel the purchase order #291241 (LG velvet 5G), need to confirm with customer services that the order is really cancelled, thank you for your help.

Luckily it takes some time which may work in your favour in this case and they should be able to confirm cancellation.

Contact agent asap before they prepare and send you a phone.
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. If ticketing does not work very fist time do the below.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
In either case watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Top of page click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance.
Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
