It seems there are a lot of new members not checking if their phone is eSIM compatible.
Best to just get a SIM replacement and you will have a phone to use. So just contact a CS_Agent and arrange for a SIM to be shipped out.
Quickest way to contact an agent is to click on Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.
