I haven’t been able to send texts since transferring to public mobility @ links to members

@WendyQMah Is the problem with regular SMS texts, or with picture messages (MMS) or something like iMessage on iPhone?

You probably will haft to contact PM using the orange text bubble on the bottom right. Type in customers service agent.
You can try and reset network settings. Will delete any wifi and Bluetooth passwords. Also I saw a post about settings your phone to 3g not a grate fix but if it works you will be able to text till pm fixes your problem.

@WendyQMah, did you receive a text from your old mobile company and respond Yes to transfer your number within 90 minutes of receiving it? Have you confirmed that your old SIM card is no longer working? It could be that your number porting has not completed yet

What about receiving texts? incoming calls and outgoing calls? data?
Which model phone?
Might want to try a reboot of your phone.
