I canceled my service but notice a bill on my credit card. The email I originally signed up with years ago is now canceled and I can't log in and I can't find anyone to talk to

When did you cancel your service?
Before or after your renewal date?
If you disable Subscribe (AutoPay) or ported out 1 day after your renewal date then you will be charged for that month.

how did you cancel your service? did you port out the number? or did you just disable Subscribed , ie, disable Autopay, from My Accounts, Payment, Mange Subscription?
can you check if you can still login to My Account? If you can, check the above page to see if subscribed is indeed turned off
if you ported out your line, or confirmed that the Subscribed is off, then ask PM support agent,
